The AFTER (Ankle Fracture Treatment: Enhancing Rehabilitation) project is a NIHR funded four year programme of work that is aiming to refine and assess different approaches to providing physiotherapy after an ankle fracture for adults aged 50 years or over.

Interested in getting involved?

The AFTER Programme team are currently organising the an Intervention Development Meeting to be held in Oxford on Friday 24th November.  The meeting will involve patient and public representatives and health professionals to help with the process of developing the physiotherapy treatments to be assessed in a feasibility randomised controlled trial.
